摘 要:目的探究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者凝血状态与餐后血糖波动的相关性。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的88例T2DM患者,根据标准馒头餐后3 h内血糖极差F分为A组(12例)、B组(53例)、C组(23例)。比较3组间患者的凝血功能指标,分析餐后血糖波动与凝血状态相关性。结果3组患者的凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间与餐后血糖波动程度呈负相关(r=-0.480、-0.481、-0.499,P均<0.05),纤维蛋白原与餐后血糖波动程度呈正相关(r=0.669,P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者凝血状态与其餐后血糖波动存在显著相关性,提示餐后血糖管理对减少凝血风险、预防并发症具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the correlation between coagulation status and postprandial blood glucose fluctuation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 88 patients with T2DM admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into group A(12 cases),group B(53 cases)and group C(23 cases)according to the blood glucose range F within 3 hours after standard steamed bread.The coagulation function indexes of the three groups were compared,and the correlation between postprandial blood glucose fluctuation and coagulation status was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,thrombin time and fibrinogen levels among the three groups(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time were negatively correlated with postprandial blood glucose fluctuation(r=-0.480,-0.481,-0.499,all P<0.05),and fibrinogen was positively correlated with postprandial blood glucose fluctuation(r=0.669,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between coagulation status and their postprandial blood glucose fluctuations in patients with T2DM,suggesting that postprandial glucose management is important for reducing coagulation risk and preventing complications.
