摘　　要：目的分析沙格列汀二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病伴非酒精性脂肪肝(type 2 diabetes mellitus with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,T2DM-NAFLD)的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2024年3—9月泗阳医院内分泌科就诊的60例T2DM-NAFLD患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,各30例;A组口服二甲双胍治疗,B组口服沙格列汀二甲双胍治疗,对比两组血糖血脂水平、肝功能指标。结果治疗后,B组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、谷氨酰转肽酶水平均低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论沙格列汀二甲双胍治疗T2DM-NAFLD,能改善血糖血脂水平、肝功能指标。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of saxagliptin metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(T2DM-NAFLD).Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with T2DMNAFLD who were treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Siyang Hospital from March to September 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with metformin orally,and group B was treated with saxagliptin metformin orally.The blood glucose and lipid levels and liver function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,alkaline phosphatase,glutamic pyruvic transaminase,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,total bilirubin and glutamyl transpeptidase in group B were lower than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Saxagliptin metformin in the treatment of T2DM-NAFLD can improve blood glucose and lipid levels and liver function indicators.
