摘　　要：目的分析阿卡波糖联合胰岛素对社区糖尿病患者血糖及体重指数的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月于湖北省直属机关医院社区康复科治疗的糖尿病患者98例,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=49,采用胰岛素进行治疗),观察组(n=49,采用阿卡波糖+胰岛素治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、血糖水平及体重指数。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、体重指数均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论社区糖尿病患者经过阿卡波糖和胰岛素联合干预后,能够更有效地改善血糖水平,同时有助于控制患者的体重指数,提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of acarbose combined with insulin on blood glucose and body mass index in community diabetic patients.Methods A total of 98 patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in the Department of Community Rehabilitation of Provincial Hospital Directly under Hubei Province from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=49,treated with insulin)and observation group(n=49,treated with acarbose+insulin)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels and body mass index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and body mass index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of acarbose and insulin in community diabetic patients can improve the blood glucose level more effectively,and help to control the body mass index of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
