达格列净联合德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽治疗对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者使用达格列净联合德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽治疗对糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年3月在汶上县人民医院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者84例,按照治疗方法不同分成对照组(n=42,采用达格列净治疗),观察组(n=42,在对照组基础上进行德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽治疗)。比较两组糖代谢指标、脂代谢指标、胰岛功能。结果治疗3个月后,观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者进行达格列净联合德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽治疗,能够调节患者的糖脂代谢水平和胰岛素抵抗指标。Objective To investigate the effect of dapagliflozin combined with insulin liraglutide on glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Wenshang County People's Hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=42,treated with dapagliflozin)and observation group(n=42,treated with insulin degludec and liraglutide on the basis of the control group)according to different treatment methods.The glucose metabolism index,lipid metabolism index and islet function were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance and homeostasis model assessment-βin the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the combination of dapagliflozin and degludec insulin liraglutide can regulate glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance.
