自拟黄芩白术散外敷治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟黄芩白术散外敷治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年6月阿克苏地区妇幼保健院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者80例。按不同治疗方案分组。对照组(40例)进行胰岛素治疗,观察组(40例)在对照组基础上进行自拟黄芩白术散外敷。比较两组胰岛素抵抗指数、脂联素水平、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖达标耗时、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数更低,脂联素水平更高,空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖达标耗时均更短,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者使用自拟黄芩白术散外敷,可有效改善机体胰岛素抵抗,提高脂联素水平,达到快速控制血糖且不增加不良反应的目的。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Huangqin Baizhu Powder external application in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From May 2022 to June 2024,a total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Aksu Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.Grouped according to different treatment regimens.The control group(40 cases)was treated with insulin,and the observation group(40 cases)was treated with self-made Huangqin Baizhu powder on the basis of the control group.The insulin resistance index,adiponectin level,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose compliance time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the insulin resistance index of the observation group was lower,the adiponectin level was higher,and the time of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose reaching the standard was shorter,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of self-made Huangqin Baizhu Powder for external application in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the body's insulin resistance,increase the level of adiponectin,and achieve rapid control of blood glucose without increasing adverse reactions.
