摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病患者采用西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年11月—2023年11月于山东电力中心医院进行治疗的老年糖尿病患者120例,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=60,二甲双胍治疗)和观察组(n=60,西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗)。对两组血糖水平、胰岛功能、临床疗效、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组各项血糖水平、胰岛功能指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组相比较,观察组不良反应发生率更低,治疗总有效率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病治疗中采用西格列汀联合二甲双胍方案,可降低患者血糖水平,改善胰岛功能,提高临床疗效并降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of sitagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in Shandong Electric Power Central Hospital from November 2019 to November 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=60,metformin treatment)and observation group(n=60,sitagliptin combined with metformin treatment)according to different treatment methods.The blood glucose levels,islet function,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose levels and islet function indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Sitagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus can reduce the blood glucose level,improve islet function,improve clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
