甘精胰岛素联合度拉糖肽在T2DM合并颅骨骨折患者治疗中的应用安全性

摘　　要：目的探究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并颅骨骨折治疗中甘精胰岛素与度拉糖肽联用的效果。方法回顾性选取2023年4月—2024年6月在中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院接受诊疗的122例T2DM合并颅骨骨折患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方式分为两组。对照组(61例)采用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗,研究组(61例)在对照组基础上联合度拉糖肽治疗。比较两组血糖水平、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗90 d后的血糖水平均相比于对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在临床疗效方面,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素、二甲双胍联合度拉糖肽治疗T2DM合并颅骨骨折患者,可提高控糖效果,安全性较高且临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of insulin glargine combined with dulaglutide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with skull fracture.Methods The clinical data of 122 patients with T2DM complicated with skull fracture who were treated in the 73rd Army Group Hospital of the PLA from April 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(61 cases)was treated with insulin glargine combined with metformin,and the study group(61 cases)was treated with dulaglutide on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose levels of the study group after 90 days of treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In terms of incidence of adverse reactions,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy,the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine,metformin combined with dulaglutide in the treatment of T2DM patients with skull fracture can improve the effect of glucose control,with high safety and significant clinical efficacy.
