氯氮平与阿立哌唑联合治疗方案在2型糖尿病合并精神分裂症患者中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病合并精神分裂症患者采用氯氮平联合阿立哌唑的治疗效果。方法回顾性选取2023年2月—2024年1月厦门市仙岳医院收治的120例2型糖尿病合并精神分裂症患者的临床资料,以治疗方案的不同分为两组(各60例)。两组均行常规降糖治疗,对照组采用氯氮平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组糖脂代谢水平、胰岛功能、神经功能及认知功能。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗指数、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分更低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、胰岛β细胞功能指数、简易智力状态检查量表评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论氯氮平联合阿立哌唑可以进一步改善胰岛细胞功能,维持稳定糖脂代谢水平并进一步促进2型糖尿病合并精神分裂症患者的临床症状恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of clozapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with schizophrenia.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with schizophrenia admitted to Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups(60 cases in each group)according to different treatment schemes.Both groups were treated with routine hypoglycemic therapy.The control group was treated with clozapine,and the observation group was treated with aripiprazole on the basis of the control group.The levels of glucose and lipid metabolism,islet function,neurological function and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the fasting plasma glucose level,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose level,insulin resistance index and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score in the observation group were lower,and the highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol level,isletβ-cell function index and Mini-mental State Examination score were higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Clozapine combined with aripiprazole can further improve islet cell function,maintain a stable level of glucose and lipid metabolism and further promote the recovery of clinical symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with schizophrenia.
