摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病伴低血糖昏迷患者应用针对性急诊护理干预的临床价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年5月乳山市中医院急诊科收治的60例糖尿病伴低血糖昏迷患者为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为两组,各30例。一般组采取常规急诊护理干预,探究组采取针对性急诊护理干预,比较两组护理前后血糖指标、护理满意度。结果护理后,探究组空腹血糖水平优于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组护理满意度高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性急诊护理干预能使糖尿病伴低血糖昏迷患者血糖水平维持稳定,并提升患者护理满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical value of targeted emergency nursing intervention in diabetic patients with hypoglycemic coma.Methods From January 2022 to May 2023,60 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypoglycemic coma admitted to the Department of Emergency in Rushan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,30 cases in each group.The general group was given routine emergency nursing intervention,and the exploration group was given targeted emergency nursing intervention.The blood glucose indexes,nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose level in the exploration group was better than those in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the exploration group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted emergency nursing intervention can maintain stable blood glucose level in diabetic patients with hypoglycemic coma and improve patient nursing satisfaction.
