综合护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者胰岛素安全注射及预防不良反应的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究老年2型糖尿病患者应用综合护理干预的效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年5月丰县人民医院收治的100例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为综合组、常规组,各50例。常规组给予基础护理,综合组在常规组基础上加用综合护理。比较两组血糖水平、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,综合组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。综合组不良反应发生率低于常规组,护理满意度高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够降低老年2型糖尿病患者血糖水平,减少不良反应,提高患者对护理的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Fengxian People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into comprehensive group and routine group,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group was given basic nursing,and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine group.The blood glucose level,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the routine group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the blood glucose levels of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,reduce adverse reactions,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing.
