摘　　要：目的探讨基于马斯洛需要层次理论的护理干预在胃溃疡出血合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2024年9月湖北科技学院附属浠水医院收治的60例胃溃疡出血合并糖尿病患者,根据不同护理方法分为两组。常规组(30例)接受常规护理干预,观察组(30例)接受基于马斯洛需要层次理论的护理策略。比较两组血糖指标、负性情绪、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于马斯洛需要层次理论的护理干预在胃溃疡出血合并糖尿病患者中具有较好的应用效果,能够显著降低患者血糖水平,改善负性情绪,并提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in patients with gastric ulcer bleeding combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2019 to September 2024,60 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding and diabetes mellitus admitted to Xishui Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The routine group(30 cases)received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group(30 cases)received nursing strategy based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.The blood glucose index,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory has a good application effect in patients with gastric ulcer bleeding combined with diabetes mellitus,which can significantly reduce the patient's blood glucose level,improve the negative emotions,and increase nursing satisfaction.
