全程健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制中的应用评价

摘　　要：目的分析全程健康教育策略在妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制过程中的实施效果及影响。方法选取2022年1—12月泰安市中医医院收治的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照不同护理方法分组。所有患者均进行基础护理,在此基础上对照组(n=50)进行常规健康教育,观察组(n=50)进行全程健康教育。比较两组血糖控制情况、护理满意度及治疗依从性。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度及治疗依从性均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论全程健康教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖控制效果显著,能够有效提升患者对护理满意度及治疗依从性。Objective To analyze the effect and influence of the whole course health education strategy in the process of blood glucose control in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were grouped.All patients were given basic nursing.On this basis,the control group(n=50)was given routine health education,and the observation group(n=50)was given whole course health education.The blood glucose control,nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course health education has a significant effect on blood glucose control in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,which can effectively improve patients'satisfaction with nursing and treatment compliance.
