摘　　要：目的探讨根因分析结合系统化宣教对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者治疗依从性和自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2024年3月蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者80例,按照不同护理方法分为对照组(n=40,给予常规糖尿病酮症酸中毒护理),研究组(n=40,在对照组的基础上给予根因分析结合系统化宣教教育)。比较两组血糖相关指标、服药依从性及自我管理能力。结果研究组糖化血红蛋白水平、血糖控制时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预1个月及3个月后,研究组服药依从性评分均低于对照组,自我管理能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论根因分析结合系统化宣教可显著提升糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的依从性和自我管理能力,帮助患者更快恢复。Objective To explore the effect of root cause analysis combined with systematic education on treatment compliance and self-management ability of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=40,given routine diabetic ketoacidosis nursing)and study group(n=40,given root cause analysis combined with systematic education and education on the basis of the control group)according to different nursing methods.Blood glucose related indexes,medication compliance and selfmanagement ability were compared between the two groups.Results The glycated hemoglobin A1c level and blood glucose control time in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of intervention,the medication compliance scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of self-management ability were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Root cause analysis combined with systematic education can significantly improve the compliance and self-management ability of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis,and help patients recover faster.
