滋阴清热中药方剂在2型糖尿病合并甲亢治疗中的机制研究与效果总结

摘　　要：2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)与甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)作为常见的内分泌代谢疾病,其并发情况在临床中并不罕见。本文综述了T2DM与甲亢的病理生理特点及其相互影响,并重点探讨了滋阴清热中药方剂在这两种疾病合并治疗中的潜在作用与机制。滋阴清热方剂通过滋养阴液、清热泻火,有助于降低血糖、调节血脂、保护胰岛β细胞,并改善中医症状。在T2DM合并甲亢的治疗中,滋阴清热方剂不仅能改善糖尿病的阴虚燥热之证,还能调节甲状腺功能,减轻甲亢症状。然而,滋阴清热方剂也存在一些不足,如药物成分复杂、作用机制不明确等。未来研究应优化方剂组成,探索更深层次的作用机制,并结合西医治疗手段,以期达到更好的治疗效果。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and hyperthyroidism are common endocrine and metabolic diseases,and their complications are not rare in clinical practice.This article reviews the pathophysiological characteristics of T2DM and hyperthyroidism and their mutual influence,and focuses on the potential role and mechanism of Ziyin Qingre traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the combined treatment of these two diseases.Ziyin Qingre prescription helps to reduce blood glucose,regulate blood lipids,protect isletβcells,and improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms by nourishing yin fluid and clearing heat and purging fire.In the treatment of T2DM combined with hyperthyroidism,the Ziyin Qingre prescription can not only improve the syndrome of yin deficiency and dryness heat of diabetes mellitus,but also regulate thyroid function and alleviate the symptoms of hyperthyroidism.However,there are also some shortcomings in the Ziyin Qingre prescription,such as complex drug components and unclear mechanism of action.Future research should optimize the composition of prescriptions,explore deeper mechanisms of action,and combine Western medicine treatment methods in order to achieve better therapeutic effects.
