摘 要:目的探讨低位髌骨对新西兰白兔股骨髁软骨退变的影响。方法16只24周龄新西兰白兔随机分为两组,每组8只。对照组不进行任何手术操作与药物干预,模型组在适应性饲养1周后对白兔左后肢实施髌韧带部分短缩术。8周后,对两组白兔左后肢拍摄X射线片,测量Insall-Salvati指数,对股骨髁行大体形态学评分及组织学评分。采用免疫组织化学染色观察股骨髁标本Ⅱ型胶原蛋白、MMP-9和Caspase-3的阳性表达。结果模型组Insall-Salvati指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。模型组股骨髁大体形态学评分和组织学评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。免疫组织化学染色结果显示,模型组Ⅱ型胶原蛋白阳性表达低于对照组(P<0.05),Caspase-3和MMP-9阳性表达高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对新西兰白兔行髌韧带部分短缩术可导致低位髌骨的形成和股骨髁关节软骨的退变。Objective To investigate the effect of low patella on the degeneration of femoral condylar cartilage in New Zealand white rabbits.Methods Sixteen 24-week-old New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups with eight rabbits each.The control group did not receive any surgical operation or drug intervention.The model group underwent partial shortening of the patellar ligament on the left hind limb after one week of adaptive feeding.After 8 weeks,X-ray films of the left hind limbs were taken to measure the Insall-Salvati index.The gross morphological and histological scores of the femoral condyle were performed.The positive expressions of type Ⅱ collagen,MMP-9 and Caspase-3 in femoral condyle specimens were observed by immunohistochemical staining.Results The Insall-Salvati index of model group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The gross morphology and histological scores of the femoral condyle in model group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The immunohistochemical staining results showed that compared with the control group,the model group had lower positive expression of type Ⅱ collagen and higher positive expressions of Caspase-3 and MMP-9(P<0.05).Conclusion Partial shortening of the patellar ligament in New Zealand white rabbits results in the formation of low patella and the degeneration of the articular cartilage of the femoral condyle.
