摘　　要：目的比较类风湿性关节炎(RA)和痛风性关节炎(GA)早期的超声影像学特征。方法超声检查RA早期患者56例和GA早期患者60例的首发症状关节部位,比较两组超声影像学特征、滑膜血流分级和骨侵蚀分级。结果GA组滑膜内点状强回声、双轨征及痛风石比例高于RA组,而RA组周围腱鞘炎比例高于GA组(P<0.01)。两组滑膜内血流分级和骨侵蚀分级比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论RA早期患者更容易合并周围腱鞘炎,滑膜内点状强回声和双轨征以及痛风石是GA早期的超声影像学特征。Objective To compare the ultrasound imaging features of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and gouty arthritis(GA)at early stage.Methods The joint locations of the first symptom were examined by ultrasound examination in 56 patients with RA at early stage(group RA)and 60 patients with GA at early stage(group GA).The ultrasound imaging features of the two groups were compared,and the synovial blood flow grade and bone erosion grade were compared between the two groups as well.Results The proportions of bright hyperechoic in synovium,double track sign and gout in synovium were higher in RA group than those in GA group,and the proportion of peripheral tenosynovitis was higher in RA group than that in GA group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in synovial blood flow grade and bone erosion grade between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion RA patients at early stage are more likely to be complicated with peripheral tenosynovitis.Bright hyperechoic in synovium,double track sign and gouty stone are the ultrasound imaging features of GA at early stage.
