中西医结合治疗第三型腹膜炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗第三型腹膜炎的临床疗效。方法125例第三型腹膜炎患者随机分为观察组(63例)和对照组(62例)。对照组给予常规西医综合治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗。治疗1周后比较两组患者的临床疗效;随访6个月,比较两组患者的多器官功能不全综合征(MODS)发生率、急性生理学和慢性健康状况评分Ⅲ(APACHEⅢ评分)和死亡率。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(95.24%vs.83.87%)(P<0.05)。观察组MODS发生率(9.52%vs.22.58%)、APACHEⅢ评分[(59.23±18.27)分vs.(67.78±24.35)分]和死亡率(6.35%vs.19.35%)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可提高第三型腹膜炎患者的临床疗效,降低MODS发生率和死亡率,改善预后。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of the patients with type third peritonitis.Methods A total of 125 patients with type third peritonitis were randomly divided into group A(63 cases)and group C(62 cases).Group C received conventional Western medicine comprehensive treatment,and group A received integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after one week of treatment.After 6-month follow-up,the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅲ score(APACHEⅢ score)and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of group A was higher than that of group C(95.24%vs.83.87%)(P<0.05).The incidence of MODS(9.52%vs.22.58%),APACHEⅢ score[(59.23±18.27)points vs.(67.78±24.35)points]and mortality(6.35%vs.19.35%)in group A were lower than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of the patients with type third peritonitis,reduce the incidence of MODS and mortality,and improve the prognosis.
