摘  要:1 Introduction Reaching carbon neutrality by 2050 facilitates limiting warming to 1.5℃(IPCC,2018).Many countries,including the European Union,the United States,and the UK,have pledged and included carbon neutrality in their develop-ment agenda toward 2050.Carbon emission mitigation in energy-intensive sectors is a widely adopted approach in national documents.
