摘 要:电池作为电动汽车核心部件,其管理系统性能尤为重要。本文主要针对电动汽车电池管理系统(Battery Management System,BMS)的主动均衡离线检测装置进行研究,阐述所设计的检测装置硬件架构与软件实现,重点关注核心控制单元、数据采集模块、主动均衡电路、通信接口等关键部分。通过实验测试,验证该装置在功能性、可靠性方面的表现。研究表明,主动均衡技术能有效解决电池组中各单体电池之间不一致性问题,而离线检测技术则能在系统不连接主电源的情况下进行故障排查和性能评估。As the core component of electric vehicles,the performance of the battery management system is of paramount importance.This paper focuses on the research of the active balancing off-line detection device for the Battery Management System(BMS)of electric vehicles,elaborating on the hardware architecture and soft‐ware implementation of the designed detection device,with particular attention to key components such as the core control unit,data acquisition module,active balancing circuit,and communication interface.Experimental tests were conducted to verify the device's performance in terms of functionality and reliability.The research indicates that active balancing technology can effectively address the inconsistency issues among individual cells within a battery pack,while off-line detection technology enables fault diagnosis and performance evalua‐tion without the need to connect the system to the main power supply.
