摘 要:本文详细探讨了皓极HEV混合动力系统的构成、工作原理。皓极HEV系统采用多模式混合动力技术,集成了电力驱动模块、高压电源模块、机电耦合系统和动力电池组,能够灵活切换多种工作模式,如纯电动模式、混合动力模式和制动能量回收模式。本文重点分析了系统的驱动力分配与能量管理策略以及在不同工况下的工作模式切换方案;介绍了C15TDR发动机的控制系统及其在怠速状态下的调控策略。研究表明,皓极HEV系统在提升能效、降低油耗和优化动力性能方面具有显著优势。This paper discusses in detail the composition,working principle of Haoji HEV hybrid system.The Haoji HEV system adopts multi-mode hybrid technology,integrating the electric drive module,high-voltage power supply module,electromechanical coupling system and power battery pack,and is able to flexibly switch between various operating modes,such as pure electric mode,hybrid mode and brake energy recovery mode.This paper focuses on analyzing the system's drive force distribution and energy management strategy,as well as the working mode switching scheme under different working conditions;the control system of the C15TDR engine and its regulation strategy under idling state are introduced.The study shows that the Haoji HEV system has significant advantages in improving energy efficiency,reducing fuel consumption and optimizing power performance.
