摘　　要：汽车控制器五大域控制模块较为完备地集成了L3及以上级别自动驾驶车辆的所有控制功能。动力域控制器是一种智能化的动力总成管理单元,借助CAN/FLEXRAY实现变速器管理、引擎管理、电池监控、交流阀调节,主要用于动力总成的优化与控制,同时兼具电气智能故障诊断、智能节电、总线通信等功能。本文以问题解决五步法对动力域某子控制器密封失效案例进行分析。The five major domain control modules of the automotive controller fully integrate all the control functions of L3 and above level autonomous driving vehicles.Power domain controller is a kind of intelligent powertrain management unit,with the help of CAN/FLEXRAY to achieve transmission management,engine management,battery monitoring,AC valve regulation,mainly used for powertrain optimization and control,and also has the function of electrical intelligent fault diagnosis,intelligent power saving,bus communication and so on.This paper analyzes the seal failure case of a sub-controller in the power domain with the five-step problem solving method.
