摘  要:为了满足新能源汽车高转速驱动电机对高效率、低损耗及高散热性能的要求,本文基于高强度电工钢的优异电磁性能与机械强度,提出了一种新能源汽车高转速驱动电机的设计方法。研究以高强度电工钢为核心材料,从拓扑结构、电磁性能优化及散热系统设计三个方面开展系统性分析与优化。在设计过程中,通过电磁场建模和多物理场耦合仿真,研究材料性能与电机参数间的相互影响,并构建了综合优化模型。仿真与实验验证表明,所设计的驱动电机在高转速工况下表现出优异的效率与功率密度,同时具备较低的振动与噪声水平,为新能源汽车驱动电机设计提供了理论支持与工程实践参考。In order to meet the requirements of high efficiency,low loss and high heat dissipation performance of high speed drive motors for new energy vehicles,this paper proposes a design method for high speed drive motors for new energy vehicles based on the excellent electromagnetic properties and mechanical strength of high-strength electrical steel.The study takes high-strength electrical steel as the core material,and carries out systematic analysis and optimisation from three aspects:topology,electromagnetic performance optimisation and heat dissipation system design.During the design process,the interaction between material properties and motor parameters is studied through electromagnetic field modelling and multi-physical field coupling simulation,and a comprehensive optimization model is constructed.Eventually,the simulation and experimental verification show that the designed drive motor exhibits excellent efficiency and power density at high rotational speeds and low vibration and noise levels,which provides important theoretical support and engineering practice reference for the design of new energy vehicle drive motors.
