摘  要:利用有限元法对汽车座椅正面碰撞过程进行仿真设计,精准规范碰撞时的载荷与边界条件。仿真设计正面碰撞的汽车座椅时,要明确碰撞后的座椅骨架强度和对人体的伤害度,满足汽车座椅骨架强度要求。受外部环境与操作技术影响,要严格把控汽车座椅正面碰撞程度,设置标准碰撞标准,借助座椅结构改造保障汽车行驶安全性。The finite element method is used to simulate the frontal collision process,and accurately regulate the load and boundary conditions in the collision.When simulating the frontal collision design of the car seat,the strength of the seat skeleton and the damage to the human body after the collision should be clarified to meet the strength requirements of the car seat skeleton.Affected by the external environment and operation technology,it is necessary to strictly control the frontal collision degree of car seats,set standard collision standards,and ensure the safety of car driving with the help of seat structure transformation.
