摘 要:虚拟调试旨在探索虚拟环境下的程序调试技术,解决传统调试设备流程在实际项目应用中的局限性。本文阐述了虚拟调试的关键技术,如虚拟环境构建、程序行为模型,旨在创建一个高效、直观的调试平台。采用虚拟调试技术可提前预知程序自身问题,对输出高质量的PLC程序起到关键作用。目前大型项目的采购及装配过程中不可避免地占据大量的时间,导致后期调试周期变短,虚拟调试的有效应用可保障项目如期完成。虚拟调试环境有助于提高调试过程的直观性和理解性,能有效降低实际机械碰撞的风险性,在汽车工业领域虚拟调试的广泛应用是必然的发展趋势。Virtual debugging aims to explore the program debugging technology in the virtual environment and solve the limitations of the traditional debugging equipment process in real project applications.This paper describes the key techniques of virtual debugging,such as virtual environment construction,program behavior model,aimed at creating an efficient and intuitive debugging platform.The use of virtual debugging technology can predict the program's own problems in advance,which plays a key role in outputting high-quality PLC programs.At present,the procurement and assembly process of large-scale projects inevitably take up a lot of time,resulting in a shorter debugging cycle later,the effective application of virtual debugging can ensure that the project is completed on schedule.Virtual debugging environment helps to improve the intuition and understanding of the debugging process,can effectively reduce the risk of actual mechanical collision,in the automotive industry is the inevitable development trend of the wide application of virtual debugging.
