摘　　要：为了建立与生产工艺控制、产品质量保障相吻合的计量管理体系,基于现行体系存在的问题和痛点,本研究从标准化推行和信息化应用两个方面对企业计量管理体系进行了分析。首先,统一企业计量管理要求,建立企业标准化文件和业务流程,促进企业内计量能力建设、开放共享,统筹计量资源并合理优化配置,实现资源最大化利用。其次,探索并建立了新型的计量监管思路和模式,通过平台信息化应用,促进了计量质量指标的达成。In order to establish a measurement management system that is consistent with production process control and product quality assurance,based on the problems and pain points of the current system,this study has improved the management of the enterprise's measurement management system from two aspects:standardization promotion and information application.Firstly,unify the requirements of enterprise metrology management,establish standardized documents and business processes,promote the construction of metrology capabilities and open sharing within the enterprise,coordinate metrology resources and optimize their allocation reasonably,and achieve maximum resource utilization.Secondly,new ideas and models for metrological supervision have been explored and established,and through the application of platform informatization,the achievement of metrological quality indicators has been promoted.
