摘  要:驱动电机是新能源汽车运转的关键装置,其性能和可靠性对于保障车辆的正常运行至关重要,但其复杂的结构在运行中可能会出现各种故障。永磁同步电机在新能源汽车中应用较多,本文阐述了永磁同步电机基本结构与工作原理,对电机出现频率较高的匝间短路故障进行详细分析,并提出故障诊断策略,以及时发现并处理故障,从而提高新能源汽车的可靠性和延长其使用寿命。The driving motor is a key component in the operation of new energy vehicles.Its performance and reliability are crucial for ensuring the normal operation of the vehicle.However,its complex structure can lead to various malfunctions during operation.Permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)are widely used in new energy vehicles.This article elaborates on the basic structure and working principle of PMSMs,provides a detailed analysis of the frequently occurring inter-turn short circuit fault,and proposes fault diagnosis strategies to promptly detect and address faults,thereby enhancing the reliability and extending the service life of new energyvehicles.
