摘 要:为进一步提高新能源汽车电控系统故障诊断效率,本文探讨了新能源汽车电控系统故障诊断与维修策略,深入研究数值比较法、数据变化趋势分析、数据关联性分析等数据流分析方法在故障诊断中的应用,并提出整车控制系统匹配与优化、定期对新能源汽车电控系统进行维护保养等维修策略,以保障新能源汽车电控系统稳定运行,推动新能源汽车行业健康发展。In order to further improve the fault diagnosis efficiency of the electronic control system of new energy vehicles,this paper explores the fault diagnosis and maintenance strategies of the electronic control system of new energy vehicles,in-depth research on the application of data flow analysis methods such as numerical comparison method,data trend analysis and data correlation analysis in the diagnosis of faults,and puts forward the matching and optimization of the control system of the whole vehicle and the maintenance strategies of the electronic control system of new energy vehicles on a regular basis,so as to ensure the stable operation of new energy vehicle electronic control system and promote the healthy development of new energy vehicle industry.
