摘　　要：工匠精神是汽车行业的灵魂,高职汽车专业要将其作为人才培养重要内容。培育工匠精神要立足汽车专业实际,在专业教学中融入工匠元素,开展汽车检测与维修活动;依托汽车企业,共建校外实训基地,引入企业项目,让学生参与真实生产实践;挖掘汽车行业工匠典型,通过讲座方式宣传工匠事迹,营造崇尚工匠精神的浓厚氛围,在潜移默化中将工匠精神根植于学生心中,助力其成长为德才兼备的汽车行业工匠。本文对高职汽车专业工匠精神培育实践进行了探讨。The spirit of craftsmanship is the soul of the automotive industry,and it should be a crucial component of talent cultivation in vocational automotive programs.To foster this spirit,it is essential to ground efforts in the practical aspects of the automotive field,integrating elements of craftsmanship into specialized teaching and conducting activities related to automotive inspection and maintenance.Collaboration with automotive enterprises is key to establishing off-campus training bases and introducing corporate projects,allowing students to engage in real-world production practices.Highlighting exemplary figures in the automotive industry through lectures can promote their stories and create a strong atmosphere that venerates the spirit of craftsmanship.This approach subtly instills the values of craftsmanship in students,aiding their development into wellrounded professionals in the automotive sector.This paper explores the practical cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit in vocational automotive education.
