摘　　要：随着全球汽车产业的蓬勃发展,特别是新能源汽车、智能网联汽车等新兴领域的兴起,汽车专业人才的需求呈现出前所未有的增长趋势。为了保证汽车专业人才的质量与行业需求相匹配,本文提出了以专业认证为导向的人才培养模式,旨在通过严格的标准和流程提高汽车专业人才的培养质量。同时,本文还阐述了该模式的实施路径,并通过实际案例验证了该模式的有效性和可行性。With the booming development of the global automotive industry,especially the rise of emerging fields such as new energy vehicles and intelligent connected vehicles,the demand for automotive professionals is showing an unprecedented growth trend.In order to ensure that the quality of automotive professionals matches industry demand,this article innovatively proposes a talent training model guided by professional certification,aiming to improve the quality of automotive professional talent training through strict standards and processes.At the same time,this article also elaborates on the implementation path of this model and verifies its effectiveness and feasibility through practical cases.
