摘 要:本文探讨了道路交通事故现场快速勘验取证技术的必要性,并对现有技术及应用情况进行了分析。现有传统勘验方法和二维摄影测量、三维激光扫描、无人机三维摄影测量、视频解算及分析技术、汽车事故数据记录器以及智能网联技术等新兴技术均不同程度存在精度、耗时和数据真实性等问题,不能满足交通事故现场快速、全面、准确勘验要求,达不到快速恢复交通和防止二次事故的目的。在此基础上,本文提出了基于无人机摄影测量的三维重建来实现快速勘验取证的解决思路,并对可能出现的制约因素提出了布设控制点和标准尺、优化拍摄策略等解决方案,以实现快速、准确、完整的交通事故现场勘验取证。This paper discusses the necessity of road traffic accident scene rapid investigation and evidence col‐lection technology,and analyzes the existing technologies and applications.Existing traditional investigation methods and two-dimensional photogrammetry,three-dimensional laser scanning,three-dimensional photo‐grammetry of drones,video solving and analysis technology,automobile accident data recorders and intelligent network technology and other emerging technologies have different degrees of precision,time-consuming and data authenticity and other problems,which can't satisfy the requirements of rapid,comprehensive and accurate investigation at the scene of traffic accidents,and fail to achieve the purpose of rapid restoration of traffic and prevention of secondary accidents.On this basis,this paper proposes a solution idea based on the three-dimensional reconstruction of UAV photogrammetry to realize rapid investigation and evidence collection,and puts forward solutions such as laying control points and standard rulers,optimizing the shooting strategy,and so on,for the possible constraints,so as to realize rapid,accurate,and complete investigation and evidence col‐lection at the scene of traffic accidents.
