摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议提出要着力深化规则标准对接,在共建国家间架起规则标准互联互通桥梁。随着全球汽车产业的不断发展,标准化也成为推动技术进步和市场拓展的关键因素。南非作为金砖国家成员和非洲经济发展最成熟的国家之一,拥有非洲最大的汽车市场。本文通过分析南非汽车市场以及汽车标准与准入体系,研究南非汽车标准化面临的挑战,提出加强中国与南非汽车标准化合作的建议,旨在促进两国汽车标准化领域的深入合作,推动两国汽车产业的共同发展,实现互利共赢。The"Belt and Road"initiative emphasizes the need to deepen the alignment of rules and standards,creating a bridge for the interconnection of rules and standards among participating countries.With the continuous development of the global automotive industry,stan-dardization has become a key factor in driving technological progress and market expansion.South Africa,as a member of the BRICS group and one of the most developed economies in Africa,possesses the largest automotive market on the continent.This paper analyzes the South African automotive market and its standards and access systems,explores the challenges faced by South Africa in automotive standardization,and proposes suggestions for strengthening China-South Africa cooperation in automotive standardization.The aim is to promote deeper coop-eration between the two countries in this field,foster the mutual development of the automotive industry,and achieve win-win outcomes.
