摘 要:在某新能源车型开发过程中,主观评价后排噪声存在压耳感,经测试34~40 Hz频率区间存在鼓噪。本文基于路径分析思路,通过PCA技术识别到主要激励源为后轮,从轴头到车内的不同路径识别出后悬架模态、后电桥模态、车身弯曲模态、天幕后横梁模态以及声腔模态,在问题频率段都存在相关模态。经过试验验证,上述路径对鼓噪都有一定程度贡献。本文为控制鼓噪问题提供了一个较系统的分析方法。In the development process of a new energy vehicle,subjective evaluation indicated that there was a feeling of pressure on the ears in the rear seat noise,and testing showed that there was a drumming noise at a frequency of 34~40 Hz.Based on the path analysis approach,this paper uses PCA technology to identify the main excitation source as the rear wheels,and identifies the rear suspension mode,rear axle mode,body bending mode,backscreen beam mode,and acoustic cavity mode from the axle head to the vehicle in different paths,all of which have relevant modes in the problem frequency range.The relevant experiments show that the above paths have contributed to the drumming noise.This paper provides a systematic analysis method for controlling the drum noise problem.
