生产社会化视角下的新质生产力

摘　　要：马克思的生产社会化理论为理解生产力发展的阶段性、把握新质生产力的内涵提供了基础。在人类历史上,大工业的兴起标志着生产方式从小生产转向社会化大生产;当今的新型生产方式正在经历以社会化智能生产为方向的重大转变。在社会化智能生产下,生产单位内部以“数据—决策”循环为基础,实现生产过程的智能化;生产单位之间形成普遍的“平台—用户”关系,实现分工协作的智能化;生产单位、数字企业与劳动者有机结合,实现产业体系的智能化。社会化智能生产充分体现出新质生产力是符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态。必须围绕新型生产方式的形成探索发展新质生产力的实践路径,建设以社会化智能生产为基础的现代化产业体系。Marx's theory of socialized production provides a foundation for understanding the stages of productive forces'development and grasping the essence of new-quality productive forces.In human history,the rise of large-scale industry marked a shift from small to socialized production.Today,a major transformation toward socially intelligent production is underway in new modes of production.Under socially intelligent production,the production process within production units becomes intelligent based on a"data-decision"cycle;relationships between production units take on an"platform-user"model,enabling intelligent collaboration;and production units,digital firms,and workers are organically integrated,achieving intelligence across the industrial system.Socially intelligent production embodies new-quality productive forces as an advanced form aligned with new development concepts.To develop new-quality productive forces,it is essential to explore practical approaches focused on establishing new production methods and to build a modern industrial system rooted in socially intelligent production.
