低胶凝材料用量透水混凝土的抗堵塞性研究

摘  要:为减少透水混凝土生产和使用过程的能耗,延长透水混凝土的使用寿命,通过控制骨料粒径和浆体分布均匀性研究低胶凝材料用量透水混凝土的透水性和抗堵塞性。研究结果表明,降低胶凝材料用量能够改善透水混凝土中浆体分布的均匀性,减小顶面与底面孔结构的差异;浆体分布均匀的低胶凝材料用量透水混凝土初始透水系数可以达到20 mm/s,且对0~0.6 mm粒径的泥沙有较好的抗堵塞性;浆体的沉降会导致透水混凝土的初始透水系数和抗堵塞性的减小;孔隙率相近的情况下,减小骨料粒径会小幅度降低初始透水性,同时大幅减弱抗堵塞性。In order to reduce the energy consumption in the production and use of pervious concrete and extend the service life of pervious concrete,the water permeability and clogging resistance properties of pervious concrete with low cementitious material content were studied by controlling the particle size and uniform slurry distribution.The research results show that:Reducing the amount of cementitious material can improve the uniformity of slurry distribution in pervious concrete and reduce the difference in pore structures between the top and bottom surfaces;the initial water permeability coefficient of pervious concrete with low cementitious material content can reach 20 mm/s,and it has good resistance to sediment with a particle size of 0~0.6 mm;the settlement of slurry will lead to a reduction in the initial water permeability coefficient and clogging resistance property of pervious concrete;When the porosity is similar,reducing the aggregate particle size will slightly reduce the initial water permeability and greatly weaken the plugging resistance.
