摘 要:薄板烘丝机是烟草行业制丝生产线上配备的关键设备之一,主要作用是对切后烟丝进行干燥处理,使烟丝符合工艺要求,通过烘丝后,烟丝的水分、填充率以及卷曲程度等均达到工艺要求状态,目前在用薄板烘丝机型号为KLD-2烘丝机。薄板烘丝机有较大热容的大滞后系统,出口烟丝水分含量相对于输入变量具有较强的非线性和滞后性,又由于入口烟丝水分含量波动、天气变化等干扰,所以造成在日常生产过程中,烘丝段的料头调整极为不稳定,影响烟丝整体质量。由于烘丝机内部控制系统无法介入,因此运用更改控制算法的方法无法从根本上改变烘丝滚筒的性能状态。所以该文仅以日常MES系统所采集的数据的作为样本,经过MATLAB进行函数拟合,得出一个理论公式,在烟丝生产过程中作为料头调整时的控制参考,从而提高烟丝水分的合格率。The thin sheet dryer is one of the key equipment equipped on the silk production line in the tobacco industry.Its main function is to dry the cut tobacco so that it meets the process requirements.After drying,the moisture,filling rate and curl of the tobacco have all reached the process requirements.The current model of the thin sheet dryer is KLD-2 tobacco dryer.Thin-plate tobacco dryer has a large hysteresis system with a large heat capacity.The moisture content of outlet tobacco has strong non-linearity and hysteresis relative to the input variable.Due to fluctuations in the moisture content of inlet tobacco,weather changes and other disturbances,the process of daily production is caused.During the process,the adjustment of the head of the drying section is extremely unstable,which affects the overall quality of the tobacco.Since the internal control system of the thread dryer cannot intervene,the performance status of the thread dryer cannot be fundamentally changed by changing the control algorithm.Therefore,this paper only takes the data collected by the daily MES system as a sample,and uses MATLAB to perform function fitting to obtain a theoretical formula,which can be used as a control reference when adjusting the head during the tobacco production process,thereby improving the pass rate of tobacco moisture.
