过钻杆水泥伞辅助注水泥塞作业原理与应用分析

摘  要:注水泥塞作业是解决井漏、弃井、回填枯竭层位、侧钻和隔绝地层等问题的主要手段,提高其作业质量和一次成功率,对于提高生产效率、降低钻机日费具有重要意义。然而由于水泥浆的密度明显高于井内钻井液的密度,水泥浆与钻井液之间容易出现置换下沉,严重限制水泥塞作业成功率。针对上述问题,该文引入过钻杆水泥伞作为注水泥塞作业辅助工具,并从其结构组成、材料选型、工作原理以及现场应用等角度进行论述,以解决水泥塞作业成功率低的问题。现场实际应用效果表明,水泥伞具有隔离水泥浆与钻井液的物理屏障作用,可以解决由于不同流体间密度差异大引起的混合沉降问题,从而有效提高水泥塞作业的一次成功率。Cement plug operation is the main means to solve problems such as lost circulation,abandonment of wells,backfilling of depleted horizons,sidetracking and isolation of formations.Improving the quality of its operation and one-time success rate is of great significance for improving production efficiency and reducing daily costs of drilling rigs.However,because the density of cement slurry is significantly higher than that of drilling fluid in the well,displacement and subsidence between cement slurry and drilling fluid are easy to occur,which seriously limits the success rate of cement plug operations.In response to the above problems,this paper introduces a drill pipe cement umbrella as an auxiliary tool for cement plug injection operations,and discusses its structural composition,material selection,working principle and field application to solve the problem of low success rate of cement plug operation.The actual application results in the field show that the cement umbrella has a physical barrier effect to isolate cement slurry and drilling fluid,and can solve the mixed settlement problem caused by the large density difference between different fluids,thus effectively improving the one-time success rate of the cement plug operation.
