摘　　要：目的 总结刘茂才治疗头痛用药规律。方法 选取刘茂才2020年5月1日-2021年1月31日治疗头痛处方,利用FangNet平台PageRank算法分析处方高频中药、性味归经,并进行关联规则、聚类分析。结果 纳入处方91首,涉及中药113味,高频中药包括郁金、天麻、党参、茯苓、川芎等;药性以寒、温居多,药味以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以肝经为主。药物权重等级分析显示,核心药物组合包括郁金、天麻、党参、茯苓、川芎、白术、蒺藜、山萸肉、丹参、柴胡、羌活。药物共现性分析显示,常用药对为党参-茯苓、川芎-茯苓、法半夏-茯苓;聚类分析得到7个药物群组。结论 刘茂才治疗头痛用药平和,善用药对、药串,以“通”立法,重视肝、脾、肾三脏,结合健脾益气、平肝舒肝、补肝益肾,辅以养脑安神。Objective To summarize the medication law of Liu Maocai in the treatment of headache.Methods The prescriptions for the treatment of headache by Liu Maocai from May 1,2020 to January 31,2021 were collected.FangNet platform was used to analyse high-frequency Chinese materia medica,properties,tastes and meridians,and association rules and clustering analysis were performed.Results A total of 91 prescriptions were included,involving 113 kinds of Chinese materia medica,and high-frequency Chinese materia medica including Curcumae Radix,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Codonopsis Radix,Poria,Chuanxiaong Rhizoma.The main properties were cold and warm;the main tastes were sweet,bitter and pungent;the main meridian was liver meridian.The analysis of drug weight levels showed that the core drug combination included Curcumae Radix,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Codonopsis Radix,Poria,Chuanxiaong Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Tribuli Fructus,Corni Fructus,Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix.Drug co-occurrence analysis showed that commonly used drugs were Codonopsis Radix-Poria,Chuanxiaong Rhizoma-Poria,Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum-Poria;clustering analysis obtained 7 drug groups.Conclusion Liu Maocai treats headaches with medication that is calm and balanced.He is skilled in using appropriate and complex drugs,and emphasizes the importance of regulating the liver,spleen and kidneys,combining the functions of strengthening the spleen and qi,calming the liver and soothing the liver,nourishing the liver and kidney,and supplementing with nourishing the brain and calming the mind.
