摘　　要：“性、位、向、量、和”辨证方法是云南省名老中医胡天宝根据《伤寒论》内容总结得出。胡天宝认为,此方法是临床诊治的具体规矩,也是衡量医生水平的标尺。本文从“明病性”“定病位”“测病向”“度病量”“期病和”5个方面论述中风,为中风辨证论治提供新思路。The syndrome differentiation method of“property,location,direction,severity and recovery”is a method of syndrome differentiation and treatment summarized by Hu Tianbao,a famous TCM doctor in Yunnan Province,according to the content of Shang Han Lun.Hu Tianbao believes that this method is the specific rules of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and can also be used as a yardstick to measure the level of doctors.Based on this viewpoint,this article discussed stroke from five aspects:“distinguishing the property of stroke”,“determining the location of stroke”,“measuring the direction of stroke”,“determining the severity of stroke”,and“expecting the recovery og stroke”,providing a new theoretical approach for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of stroke.
