摘　　要：中药经皮外用制剂在膝骨关节炎(KOA)的治疗中有重要作用,加之新技术、新工具的开发,越来越多的新型制剂被熟知和利用。本文通过查阅近年中医经皮外治法治疗KOA相关文献,筛选出代表性强、作用显著的文献进行分析概括,总结传统和新型中药经皮外用制剂治疗KOA的现状,并进行思考和展望,为临床治疗KOA提供参考。Percutaneous external preparations of Chinese materia medica play an important role in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).With the development of new technologies and tools,more and more new preparations are known and used.In this article,the literature related to the percutaneous external preparations of Chinese materia medica for the treatment of KOA in recent years was reviewed,and the representative and significant literature was selected for analysis and summary.The current situation of traditional and new percutaneous external preparations of Chinese materia medica in the treatment KOA was summarized,and the thinking and prospect were made,in order to provide references for the clinical treatment of KOA.
