The pathological process of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury is very complex and involves many mechanisms. Its prevention and treatment are very important in the recovery of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Angelicae Sinensis Radix has been widely used in TCM for the treatment of cerebral ischemia.Angelicae Sinensis Radix polysaccharide is one of the main effective components of Angelicae Sinensis Radix, which has multiple pharmacological effects such as improving anemia,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,protecting organ ischemic injury, immune regulation and anti-tumor.Angelicae Sinensis Radix polysaccharide can inhibit and promote the expression of related biomolecules by regulating various signaling pathways to play an anti-cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury role. This article reviewed the mechanism of Angelicae Sinensis Radix polysaccharide against cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, and provided references for further research and clinical transformation of the mechanism of Angelicae Sinensis Radix polysaccharide against cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
