温针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征研究进展

摘　　要：腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)是一种反复发作的胃肠道功能紊乱性疾病,近年来发病率逐渐上升,其治疗既是临床难题也是研究热点。温针灸具有使用安全、痛苦小、不良反应小等优势,对于焦虑、睡眠障碍等伴随症状也有较好疗效,患者易于接受。本文检索温针灸治疗IBS-D的临床研究文献并总结相关机制,分析发现,目前尚缺乏对IBS-D温针灸的系统研究,存在临床研究样本量小、横向对比缺失等问题,需要更多大样本临床研究以探求温针灸治疗IBS-D的有效性与选穴的多样性。Diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is a recurrent gastrointestinal dysfunction disease with a gradually increasing incidence in recent years,and its treatment is both a clinical challenge and a research hotspot.Warm acupuncture has the advantages of being safe to use,minimizing pain and fewer adverse reactions,and also has good efficacy for concomitant symptoms such as anxiety and sleep disorders,which is easy for patients to accept.This article retrieved clinical research literature about warm acupuncture for the treatment of IBD-D to summarize the related mechanism.The analysis found that there was a lack of systematic research on warm acupuncture for IBS-D,and there were problems such as small samples and lack of cross-sectional comparisons in clinical studies.Therefore,more clinical studies with large samples are needed to explore the effectiveness of warm acupuncture in the treatment of IBS-D and the variety of acupoint selection.
