摘  要:在露天煤矿的开采过程中,煤矿的安全稳定运行关乎着矿山工人生命安全以及矿区经济效益。由于实际的煤矿开采环境恶劣,传统的露天煤矿边坡监测方案存在测量误差大、稳定性和安全性较差等缺点。针对传统监测系统中的不足,设计了一种基于光纤光栅传感器的监测方案,并利用4G-DTU无线通信模块和物联网技术搭建一套露天煤矿边坡监测系统。实验测试表明,该系统位移监测准确率可达到99.98%,倾角监测准确率可达到98%,能够满足对露天煤矿安全、准确、实时监测需求。In the process of open-pit coal mining,the safe and stable operation of the coal mine is related to the life safety of mine workers and the economic benefits of the mine.Due to the harsh environment in the actual mining area,landslides and cave-ins in open-pit coal mines occur throughout the mining work,but the traditional electric displacement sensors,crack meter is susceptible to the influence of multiple factors,resulting in the traditional electric monitoring sensors which have the shortcomings of large error,poor real-time,low precision.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional monitoring system,we designed a set of monitoring solutions based on fiber grating sensors,and built a set of surface coal mine monitoring system by using 4G-DTU wireless communication module and Internet of Things technology.After experiments,the accuracy of simulated displacement monitoring can reach 99.98%,and the accuracy of inclination monitoring can reach 98%,realizing efficient,accurate and real-time monitoring of surface coal mines.
