摘 要:以合肥南方水泥熟料库网架结构工程作为背景,提出了一种新型的带法兰盘焊接空心球支座节点形式,设计了4组不同参数支座节点模型,通过有限元分析了新型支座节点的力学特性和关键设计控制参数,获得了节点破坏模式曲线以及荷载-位移曲线。研究表明:带法兰盘的焊接空心球支座节点受拉承载力与节点刚度改变与焊接球直径D、空心球壁厚T、高强螺栓个数n、法兰盘厚度t有关,并且二者随着焊接空心球D增加而降低,随着空心球壁厚T、高强螺栓个数n、法兰盘厚度t增加而增加。In order to study the mechanical properties of welded hollow spherical bearing joints with flanged plates,eight components were designed based on the grid structure of the south cement clinker depot in Hefei.The mechanical properties and key design control parameters of the new bearing joints were analyzed by finite element method,and the failure modes and load-displacement curves of the joints were obtained.The results show that the tensile strength and stiffness of welded hollow ball bearing joints with flanges are related to the diameter of welded ball D,the thickness of hollow ball T,the number of high-strength bolts n and the thickness of flange t.Both of them decrease with the increase of welded hollow ball D,and increase with the increase of hollow ball wall thickness T,the number of high-strength bolts n and flange thickness t.
