富水隧道锚杆工艺性试验研究

摘　　要：从理论假设出发,通过研究锚杆设计参数及锚杆施工模拟试验分析研究检验注浆设备性能能否满足施工要求,注浆压力、注浆速度及注浆管拔出速度等参数、指标能否达到设计要求的注浆结果要求,从而确保施工质量;通过检测锚杆注浆密实度来确定适合不同围岩等级的浆液配比,选择更优化的施工方式,保障锚杆工作性能及初期支护的整体稳定性,保障施工安全。This paper studies the design parameters of the bolt and the construction simulation test to test the performance of the grouting equipment,the grouting pressure,the speed of the grouting pipe,so as to ensure the construction quality,determine the grouting ratio suitable for different surrounding rock grades,select the better construction method to ensure the bolt performance and the overall stability of the initial support,and ensure the construction safety.
