摘  要:纳米比亚湖山铀矿是位于纳米比亚的一个重要铀矿产区,该铀矿区采用酸法浸出,近年来出现了较为严重的含硅沉淀,导致树脂板结与中毒。为了确定硅的来源,对矿区内的主要含硅矿物进行了溶浸试验。结果表明:(1)铀矿石中主要含硅矿物是长石,包括钙长石、钾长石和钠长石,其次是黑云母。(2)在酸法搅拌浸出工艺条件下,含硅矿物浸出速率由大到小排序为蛭石、黑云母、斜长石、钾长石。考虑矿中长石含量远高于云母,认为酸法搅拌浸出液中Si物质主要来源是钙长石。The Namibian Husab Uranium Mine is an important uranium mining area in Namibia.The uranium ore in this mining area is extracted through acid leaching.In recent years,there has been a serious issue of silicon precipitation causing resin caking and poisoning.To determine the source of silicon,dissolution leaching tests were conducted on the main silicate minerals in the mining area.Results showed that:(1)The main silicate minerals in the uranium ore are feldspar,including calcium feldspar,potassium feldspar,and sodium feldspar,followed by biotite.(2)Under the conditions of acid agitation leaching process,the leaching rates of silicate minerals from high to low was zircon,biotite,plagioclase and potassium feldspar.Considering the far higher content of feldspar minerals than mica in the original ore,it is believed that Si in the acid agitation leaching liquid mainly comes from calcium feldspar.
