江苏省老年人中医药康养服务利用现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：以徐州、南京、常州三地为对象,通过问卷调研等方式,探究江苏省老年人中医药服务利用现状及影响因素。研究发现,在调查对象中,有61.2%的老年人使用过中医药康养服务。职业类型(P=0.043)、患慢性病情况(P<0.001)、有无亲属在中医药行业工作(P=0.013)3个因素是老年人中医药康养服务利用的重要影响因素。建议加大医保政策支持力度,减轻贫困老年人的经济负担;着重发挥中医药康养特色优势,提升慢性病老人健康水平;积极宣传中医药康养知识,提高老年人群认知度;健全中医药康养服务供给网络,提供丰富化康养服务。Taking Xuzhou,Nanjing,and Changzhou as cases,through methods such as questionnaire surveys,this study explored the current situation and influencing factors of the utilization of Chinese medicine services by the elderly in Jiangsu Province.The research discovered that three factors,namely occupation type(P=0.043),chronic disease status(P<0.001),and whether relatives are engaged in the Chinese medicine industry(P=0.013),are significant influencing factors for the utilization of healthcare services based on Chinese medicine among the elderly.It is recommended that the utilization degree of Chinese medicine health and rehabilitation services for the elderly be effectively improved through strengthening policy guidance,giving full play to the unique advantages of Chinese medicine,expanding the dissemination breadth of Chinese medicine knowledge,and optimizing the supply subjects and contents.
