摘 要:介绍了国内外高强度耐磨钢的生产研究现状,探讨了高强度耐磨钢研究及生产中存在的局限性。同时,总结了控轧控冷工艺、微合金化、热处理工艺在高强度耐磨钢相关性能调控方式中的研究进展。结合各种双金属结合机理,分析了影响耐磨钢/结构钢复合板在复合轧制过程中结合质量的工艺因素。最后,通过介绍有限元模拟技术在耐磨钢/结构钢复合板制备中的应用现状以及耐磨钢/结构钢复合板的实验研究现状,旨在为后续高强度耐磨钢以及耐磨钢/结构钢复合板的理论研究及工业应用提供一定参考依据。The current state of production and research on high-strength wear-resistant steel was reviewed,both domestically and interna-tionally,and the limitations in its research and production were discussed.The research progress in thermo mechanical control process,microalloying,and heat treatment techniques to regulate the properties of high-strength wear-resistant steel was summarized.The process factors affecting the bonding quality of wear-resistant steel composite plates during composite rolling was analyzed,integrating vari-ous bimetallic bonding mechanisms.Finally,the application of finite element simulation technology in preparing wear-resistant steel com-posite plates and the experimental research on these plates were introduced,which offers reference for future theoretical studies and indus-trial applications of high-strength wear-resistant steel and composite plates.
