摘  要:为了精确预测及有效控制小弯曲半径21-6-9不锈钢管数控弯曲成形壁厚减薄行为,实现精确弯曲成形,采用有限元数值模拟,结合正交试验的极差分析和方差分析,研究了不同工艺参数条件下小弯曲半径21-6-9不锈钢管数控弯曲成形壁厚减薄行为。结果表明:壁厚减薄率随着管材-芯棒的间隙C_(m)、压块助推速度v_(p)、管材-防皱块的摩擦因数f_(w)、管材-弯曲模的摩擦因数f_(b)的增大或芯棒伸出量e、管材-弯曲模的间隙C_(b)、管材-防皱块的间隙C_(w)、管材-芯棒的摩擦因数f_(m)的减小而减小,随着管材-压块的间隙C_(p)的增大先减小后增大,而管材-压块的摩擦因数f_p和弯曲速度ω对壁厚减薄率的影响不明显;影响壁厚减薄率的工艺参数显著性由大到小依次为C_(m)、e、C_(p)、C_(b)、v_(p)、f_(w)、C_(w)和f_(b);建立了基于显著性工艺参数的小半径21-6-9不锈钢管数控弯曲成形最大壁厚减薄率的多元线性回归模型,其预测值与正交试验结果的最大相对误差为5.7%,具有较高的精度。In order to accurately predict and effectively control wall thinning behaviors of 21-6-9 stainless steel tube numerical control(NC)bending with small bending radius,and achieve accurate bending forming,using finite element numerical simulation,combined with range analysis and variance analysis of orthogonal test,the wall thinning behaviors of 21-6-9 stainless steel tube in NC bending with small bending radius were studied under different process parameters conditions.The results show that the wall thinning rate decreases with the increase of the clearance of tube-mandrel C_(m),push assistant speed of pressure die v_(p),friction factor of tube-wiper die fw,friction factor of tube-bending die f_(b) or with the decrease of the axial feed of mandrel e,clearance of tube-bending die C_(b),clearance of tube-wiper die C_(w),friction factor of tube-mandrel fm,and it first decreases,then increases with the increase of the clearance of tube-pressure die C_(p),while the friction factor of tube-pressure die f_(p) and bending velocityωhave no obvious influence on wall thinning rate.The significant of process parameters affecting wall thinning rate sort from largest to smallest as C_(m),e,C_(p),C_(b),v_(p),f_(w),C_(w) and f_(b).A multiple linear regres-sion model was established for the maximum wall thinning rate of 21-6-9 stainless steel tube during NC bending with small bending radius based on the significant process parameters.The maximum relative error between the prediction values and the orthogonal test results is 5.7%,which has a high precision.
