摘 要:为研究不同成形底线方法对辊弯产品成形质量的影响,采用实验和有限元相结合的方法对两种底线方式下辊弯成形过程中的应力和应变进行分析,同时揭示了不同成形底线方式下板材辊弯成形的回弹机理。结果表明:采用下山法后板材边部节点的纵向应变和纵向应力较水平法降低,说明下山法能够有效防止边部各节点由于纵向位移受拉伸或压缩产生缺陷的发生;采用下山法后弯角区的横向应变和横向应力有所增加,发生弹性变形的比例相对减小,回弹量较水平法相比减小20%,回弹问题得到有效控制,能够生产出成形质量更好的产品。To study the influence of different forming bottom line methods on the forming quality of roll bending formed products,the stress and strain in the roll bending forming process of the two bottom line methods were analyzed by combining experiment and finite ele-ment methods,and at the same time the springback mechanism of sheet roll bending forming under different forming bottom line methods was revealed.The results show that the longitudinal strain and longitudinal stress of the edge nodes of the sheet are reduced compared with the horizontal method after the downhill method is adopted,indicating that the downhill method can effectively prevent the defects of each edge node due to the longitudinal displacement tension or compression.The transverse strain and transverse stress in the bending cor-ner area are increased after the downhill method is adopted,the proportion of elastic deformation is relatively reduced,and the spring-back amount is reduced by 20%compared with the horizontal method,and the springback problem is effectively controlled.It can produce products with better forming quality.
