摘　　要：为探究不同工艺参数对梗丝品质的影响,针对烟梗形变工段,选择HT蒸汽压力、压梗厚度、切梗丝宽度为研究对象,采用DOE试验设计,通过正交试验、全因子试验及响应面试验设计,对比分析压、切梗丝工序不同加工参数下关键因素对梗丝品质的影响。结果表明,HT蒸汽压力、切梗丝宽度对梗丝品质有显著影响,并根据回归系数检验,建立回归方程。In order to explore the influence of different process parameters on the quality of stem fibers,this study selected HT steam pressure,thickness of stem fibers and width of stem fibers as the research objects,adopted DOE test design,and compared and analyzed the influence of key factors on the physical quality of stem fibers under different processing parameters in the process of pressing and cutting stem fibers through orthogonal experiment,full factor test and response surface test design.The results showed that the HT steam pressure and the width of cutting stem had significant effects on the quality of stem.
